Brief about the Team

The candidate will be managing aspects of output in the areas. The team works closely with the org-wide leadership team, business, product, growth, and category teams to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives. The team works on special projects and innovations that aim to deliver high impact.

What will you do?

Oversee outbound operations including order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and documentation.

Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders while coordinating with transport/logistics partners.

Supervise inventory movement and assist in regular inventory audits and reconciliation.

Manage return shipments and coordinate restocking or disposal as per company policy.

Monitor inventory control measures to minimise stock discrepancies and damage.

Ensure team adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms, and compliance.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily outbound targets.

Collaborate with inbound, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth workflow.

Track key outbound metrics such as TAT, order accuracy, and return rates.

Generate daily/weekly reports and escalate operational issues to the Team Lead/Warehouse Manager.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 3-8 years of experience in warehouse outbound operations.

Strong understanding of inventory management, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic MS Excel.

Ability to lead a small team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
